1 Pound Whole Fresh Okra (Stems removed then cut on a bias).
1 or 2 Cloves of fresh Garlic minced.
1 Whole Tomato diced.
Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste.
In a medium sauce pan, add 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Allow olive oil to heat, (medium heat) about 2 minutes. Add fresh okra and minced garlic. Saute for 3 minutes then add chopped tomatoes and continue to simmer another 3 minutes. Add sea salt and ground pepper to taste. Remove from heat and serve.

You can achieve this by giving the Okra (Lady Fingers) a vinegar bath before cooking. First, pour half a cup of vinegar into a bowl for every pound of Okra (Lady Fingers) you plan to cook.
