Cabbage & Herb Soup Detox Recipe: Enjoy the wealth of vegetables with their various tastes and textures, as well as the delight of fragrant herbs that detoxify the body; leaving you rejuvenated and feeling vibrant from the astonishing health benefits.

Ingredients:

1 Medium to Large head of cabbage Shredded

1 Whole Onion  chopped

1/3 Cup Leeks chopped

5-6 Garlic Cloves minced

2 Tablespoons Ginger Freshly chopped

1 Whole Tomato diced

1/4 Cup Fresh Thyme chopped

1/4 Cup Fresh  Parsley chopped

1/4 Cup Fresh Basil chopped

1/4 Cup Fresh Oregano

3 Quarts Vegetable or Chicken Stock or Bone Broth

Sea Salt and Ground Pepper to taste

Preparation:

Pour into a medium size pot, 3 quarts of stock or broth, add Onion, Garlic, Leeks and Ginger. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Add Cabbage, Tomato, fresh Thyme, Parsley, Basil and Oregano. Cover and continue cooking on medium heat for an additional 15 minutes. Adjust seasonings and serve.
